牛奶金请教

要填表申请牛奶金了，我和LD都不是公民，是移民，都已经在加拿大超过两年了，所以要填那个RC66SCH表。

我猜应该是落地时间.

我也这么想，如果是宝宝出生的时间不需要夫妻二人都填写。可是牛奶金应该是宝宝出生后的事情，所以对to cover the entire period for which you are applying for benefits有点糊涂。
