1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)0 _3 Q/ t, a9 j( B* c
2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.

5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

Milk 130ml

vanilla extract 1/2tsp* A- z9 @- G( W# o* J1 k( Q

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled1 s. B& k1 U' j, v' Y7 Y
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
9 b& X; q- r6 t& u7 k3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)9 f- I) ~, G* n3 S. s; J
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well

有蛋白就會比較凝固
