请教有关NAIT读书的贷款问题

本人是新移民，计划到NAIT读书，想申请student loan, 但是不明白part time 读书和full time读书申请student loan有什么区别，如果申请成功了的话以后怎么还？ 还多少？ full time and part time 在将来的还款方式和还款数量上有什么差别么？
我们一家三口，小孩14岁， 太太也要读书， 暂时没有收入

If you are unable to pay back your loan in the monthly payment amount and time outlined in your Consolidated Student Loan Agreement, a Revision of Terms can help you decrease your monthly repayment amount by extending the amount of time it will take you to pay back your loan. You can also use this program to increase your monthly payments and reduce the amount of time it will take you to pay back your loan.

If you're temporarily unable to repay your government student loans because you're unemployed or not earning much money, you may be eligible for Repayment Assistance. During periods of Repayment Assistance, and depending on your situation, you may not need to make payments for 6 months, or you could be approved to make reduced payments, with the government(s) covering some or all of your interest, so more of your payment is applied to your loan principal. In some cases, the government may repay some of your loan principal as well.

Part time student loan 的利息从政府开出支票或贷款转入你个人账户开始计算利息，直到你还款日止。Full time student loan 在学习期间没有利息。还有就是Part time student loan 的grant 很少， Full time student loan的grant根据每个家庭情况的不同会不同。
你可以去NAIT的FINANCIAL Aid Office 去拿一些关于申请贷款的PAKAGE，里面都解释得很清楚，或者面对面咨询office 里面的administrator。

有没用减免的办法？以前听说最后给5000刀支票作为减免，现在不知道有没有。

直接上student aid的网站查信息。也可以填表看自己能拿到多少贷款。

actually student load has two part, one part is loan, you need pay back, another part is grant, that's free, I remember even in 2010, the worst time, grant also can cover your tuition.

没见到grant，如果申请RAP计划，是否可以减免还贷了？
