我母亲拿访问签证在加拿大,一定要去北京递表吗?可以在加拿大国内递表办理永久拘留吗?可以的话,批下来大概要多久?有办过的朋友请回下.多谢!

it depends on how long your mother has been in canada. We sponsered my mother in law immgrat last year. we did apply in US, that means out side of the contry(China).
