留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
, ^) ~6 A1 }  p3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
5 k- y8 j" f1 S5 a: m5 zTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

9 \6 ^' @7 \, _! x! `+ Qyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
# T, A% t" ~" k; k: [( pyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
3 l; ?% F7 m' A3 H+ F; wyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
