你所说的3保是指Third Party Liability？如果是，汽车保险不cover。You must have Section C coverage in your automobile insurance to cover loss arising from theft.

What are the circumstances when your car was stolen? I mean where and how. In some cases, people do find other party to be responsible for the theft then can sue that party for the loss in tort action. But it is not usual though.

If your car was stolen from home, you may check coverage with your home insurance company.
