适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
4 y& Z5 |3 I( [: T! d- M2 packages yeast
7 c7 s! q3 J7 s+ k- a1/3 cup nonfat dry milk- K. Y9 a+ H, `3 T" P8 C3 ]) O" L
1 teaspoon salt- n* ~1 ^4 p# h0 U# I* W
1/2 cup pineapple juice
/ n& P! w1 M% H5 ^1/2 cup water: b; x: M6 O1 S
1/3 cup shortening
& n9 w# |4 l+ g" [% [, i1/4 cup honey% j3 ?$ l( `7 m: x- I
2 eggs
7 _+ g2 Q& n/ l1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
( @* u9 h+ X, j9 ~  O3 ~- i0 d& s: L- t! i3 S; w, m
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
9 ^7 w) C2 g7 C4 w& r" @' {8 A. k1 d9 _2 `salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice) h' J: N1 V! e+ J
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;
+ [, @# Q( |4 V* m: Ushortening does not need to melt.)
7 o6 C5 B4 Z- aAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed: W( M$ i2 L; \. i. e
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured % v& J# H4 l. |+ j; \. o

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
# M! L  q9 F) X( x- g: t" cturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes4 R2 h7 W! I- I6 G! E. p
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.) N! Y1 c+ X& |4 O4 o
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place " i6 ]* g* V! H% E* Q
15* h; z, ~1 H! C  H3 w
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
) a/ I+ ]; B: `beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree # B1 g6 H* Y! m5 A! G0 P
for+ b) \! v- J! T
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
