# z1 j) ]4 e! e, S2 S! f• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
* C, @( V O. N/ E" t• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
- j, _: K4 M. U3 `/ A7 g; u7 r1 f9 V• SAP match reporting and monthly management- D; |0 s' ~" t5 e7 ? P
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.# a$ o4 S; J7 ]! U7 [: \
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
6 g; V' g1 a% H4 U• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
4 i v" }5 _( ~3 e; L8 e- O& C/ l7 e• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

Education / Experience1 T! Z, W# ~0 s* N
• Grade 12 or equivalent
# J/ m+ h9 ?& A& s9 j) a• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)3 L5 m- q# @4 Z+ {
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience8 q0 a8 I, F8 Q* a/ ~& s) g& C! j7 ~
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater8 i3 M! o, ^' n6 b0 n$ B
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. ; ?1 J) `. H1 g1 F, [3 s% n$ _

• Good planning and co-ordination skills.
