车发动不起来了，可能是机油固了，对火都对不上了。除了block heater多热会还有好办法吗？

if your car is not the smallest like 1.4-1.6 litre engine then plug in longer to see if it works. if you have free tow truck service membership then take it to somewhere warm such as a repair shop or heated garage, to stay there for a couple of hours your car will come back to alive.
