请问有没有朋友乘坐3月27号国航从北京飞温哥华的吗？我母亲不懂英语，求助指点一下办理探亲入关的事宜和转机飞往埃德蒙顿的登机口。十分感谢你的帮助。

不要紧张，温哥华机场有说汉语的工作人员，我见过好多老头，老太太一句英文也不懂都顺利过关。当然，能找到同路的更好

Pls ask you mom to talk to the Airline in Beijing and they will make arrangement to have their staff to take care of your mom

Since there is no tickets available on march 27th, my mom changed the date to 29th. This time is confirmed. Stilling looking for help. Thanks.
