带carseat能不能上飞机

由于本人要到温哥华接小孩，在那里要用carseat。从这里能不能带过去，就一个大人从edm走。

如果小孩不同行，那样 car-seat 就只能当作随身行李看待了。

Even when you have the baby with you, the carseat will be treated as the child's luggage. You need to check it in befor you board.
