我是根据这个方子改的。 家里没有brown sugar 了,就用了白糖。用brown sugar肯定好吃些。 酷暑只给买了一包cream cheese, 所以FILLING的所有东西都减半。 家里也没有vanilla, 就用了半个柠檬,还加了一点点柠檬皮. 加柠檬皮时一定要把那些白筋剔掉,不然会苦。3 X; e$ R5 s& E$ R7 S, v A

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

: V& e* W% @" o' x V- b1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon stick margarine or butter, melted

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- a! e' o7 E& w- D; kFor crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, nuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press oat mixture onto bottom of pan. " }" u7 H# V% B/ H4 u) ]$ O9 f

! T+ n \' j. y' R- l- hFor filling, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar and flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely; chill. $ b3 x5 }$ @( q. ~1 s
