Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

% \2 ~3 ?$ A3 N2 p* R% M1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
' a7 ]0 G6 V0 q2 t) _2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
T0 _$ h' G0 e! `! P# ?4 l3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.; s; Z* g% L/ `) w. ~
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
9 X2 G+ Y( z0 r3 k5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
