春季皮肤爱过敏真痛苦

我的皮肤特爱过敏，尤其是春季，脸上总起小点,，痒痒，一换季脸就退皮。姐妹们有没有什么好点子，治过敏的。

你试试从夏天开始,坚持用冷热水交替洗澡,这样或许可以降低你的皮肤敏感度.
一旦开始,请坚持不懈.

我以前军训的时候晒伤过，以后皮肤就这样了，敏感，不知道有没有药治．

我也一样。就只好隔一段时间就睡前涂一次皮炎平，记住，只能涂一次，多了又对皮炎平过敏了，起红斑。另外注意，如果超过一星期不停的流泪，而鼻子只是稍微有点不通，不是感冒，也是花粉过敏，也是轻的那种。

I suggest you not use or do too much by yourself but go see your doctor first. See what your doctor or a dermatologist can offer you. I did this year and the dermatologist gave me some cream, which worked great. In the meanwhile, according to the doctor, every allergy season, take Claritin, which is sold over the counter.

What you may want to do is, before you go out, put on sun block lotion and make-up (foundation or powder. Not only can they make you look better but also will help to protect your skin from some pollen); after you get back home, wash your face (or take a shower, I have the same problem with my arms and legs. Don't wait until more pollen get into the skin pores) and put on moisturizer.

BTW, Claritin stops most allergic syndromes caused by pollen, like watering eyes, sneezes and blocked sinuses, without drowsiness. I tried other pills over the counter but I got too sleepy to drive or work.

我一换季总这样,我想可能不单单是花粉的问题.有时间去问问医生,以前太不重视皮肤问题了

医生能治的，还是不要自己尝试。我有次想去脸上的几个痘痘，买了祛痘化妆品，用了过敏，眼睛都睁不开了，去看医生，被痛斥，原来医生有处方药可治痘痘的! 所以今春皮肤过敏，没自作聪明
