Looking for 2 FEMALE to rent 2 room for 1 year lease (from Sept 2014-August 2015. The house is in a HIGH RISE, HALF basement with 3 rooms and 2 washrooms.The 2 rooms will be sharing 1 shower room. 1 year old carpet The room has solar light, very nice and bright.

Rooms are NOT furnished. Rent: $1150 per 3 ppl. Utilities are $85 per person per month. So each person will be paying ~$470 per month considering utilities included. One parking spot is available. Access to kitchen and laundry. 3min walk to Belgrevia LRT station and 6 min walk to UofA main campus

Looking for non-smoker and non-drinker. Prefer a student, quiet and clean
