shake some salt over the steak on both sides.

6 F- r- t y/ K$ w. Bplace the steak into the pan, to hear the sizzling for about 3 minutes. without the lid on. by this time, this side should turn dark brown. 5 _/ {/ V1 @) J% A5 R% b0 v
then, flip over to cook the other side for another 3 minutes. without the lid on.
, }& W/ v; G& |* S" ^ ]) f: Gthen, put the lid on and turn the flame to the lowest level. cook it for another 3-5 minutes, depends how well you would like to have it done. 3 minutes will be middiem while the 5 minutes would be well done.& j4 s, Q3 \# i7 x9 `4 @6 M0 R
If you like it a bit spicy, you can shake some black pepper over it at the begining of the cooking.
