BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING


+ N9 c. l1 D1 u& _This is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.

1 _: q. g1 [7 vThese small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.  
     
. Q9 |/ n/ a% b) i4 ? Topics covered include:
        Natural Birth Control Methods
( |) C6 G/ A$ O3 R- _0 `   Barrier Methods
( o+ F! _$ r* m0 @6 X% f. g   Hormonal Methods
+ A1 ?* N  m" p: _) J( _+ @6 m                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
- a% v# {2 U) |+ `$ X                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
                 Canada

        These service is free and no immigrant or refugee status is necessary.

如果人数够的话，这个学习班将在5月份开课。结束后会给个certificate，学习者可以向社区内的朋友宣传所学习的内容。课程是免费的，地点在Downtown。
