) Y0 B  p, O9 H8 i; ^• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.- ]5 s& j! F* a( k" @5 N
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.+ @8 L1 ^; D$ k6 }: j$ J9 S/ l( O. s
• SAP match reporting and monthly management# b/ ~% `- o, k0 {
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.1 }# s5 g' {8 Y) j
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.- ~# f. t3 h0 |6 U( l
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
+ n( M8 i$ w- b• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
) D$ }: I( i# n8 Z8 v• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.) i! x7 i/ L# S2 _6 R
• Order business cards as required.* ~- l' X5 u' k
• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)! k  v! r4 w; O" Z& L) n
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.5 ^8 t! I+ v7 x8 X: \
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
: N2 h6 \: i' w1 b9 l& E7 j• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.+ d( k! m: ^# r/ m: a$ C2 B8 S  k: b
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience* g6 x8 M' W, T9 J: d4 g
• Grade 12 or equivalent
: u" F7 H& H( i$ P• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
0 f( h/ N' v7 ^3 W& a• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
) T9 Q# i3 O; K. ]• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater+ a5 V- X. U/ ?% j
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. 4 h) W: `) M# ]( p1 x* o7 y
• Attention to detail is required.
2 }% f/ i5 l  S& E• High level of customer service skills is a must.
( j& s5 k# l; ], z2 Q• Good planning and co-ordination skills.& ~  t2 e0 w1 E5 k5 }( ~- I/ {
• Shorthand/Word processing skills.2 f# @8 f, j$ {% K* v
• Business Administration Diploma or relevant certificate would be considered an asset.
