is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
7 n( N* J5 z9 E0 G 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
1 B6 S7 Q! n; M$ L% [) G; f" J. k You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight1 d9 X. m8 \. V3 n9 u
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. ' w8 F, N* m( B T2 ~- X
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your
9 _* {2 v2 s- r# m national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon/ V. h6 @& B! A# Z" l
arrival at the park.
6 r- A3 J5 H7 u; [# o2 n2 h5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
+ N' b/ H% n% A6 E the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as/ o: H) o$ o0 u- H5 Q
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same, e( F2 ?0 V; L
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.( m3 Q k% }0 e& ^9 M H2 P/ |! w
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on/ a- q6 E( X g; G+ U$ K
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
) }2 U; g5 ?. { campsite; and the service type. + [& t# y7 f- W& L0 E
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously/ f# V0 D' l# g1 q0 j$ q
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
) C2 |& z; a& q# _5 ^* Y least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received& @0 {3 D4 y, f9 ~4 z; v+ p' Q
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed

Changes and cancellations before check-in

on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
/ V( z% ]" t5 n8 E: @" w! z/ X0 p will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
- V {# J- Y3 H( H check-in to the campground, subject to the following:) t( T# ^8 X l. ]/ m5 J
- If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
* b* {+ ^5 { y, U/ v, G you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your# J3 ^" J# c" Q, `- J& S% f* k
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,+ S% d; c* n* ~ H* i6 n5 c0 N& e2 z
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
6 \& z. }( d# v- g9 C+ m$ b$ O - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
* U U8 x2 t& n: L* \ 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night; \7 {, k3 J- J7 l; v* l- |

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to. h0 G) l. t k0 u

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
- n( k3 n, a& R% i is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the

change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
: O; z. v. g+ g# _+ ~% n14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
" p1 m& v. p0 x/ R; i earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
3 F1 [% m9 I! y+ }5 R& {# S4 G. y prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee* a9 ^. c7 h( A) u/ V
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

expected day of arrival: If you are not going to be able to arrive at the campground9 t$ h. Z0 q% c! Y/ n; N; g
on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact: Q2 S( c6 a7 m$ {) ]9 v
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,' f) Y) i6 _2 R

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
# k, t& V8 s+ T* v! |, Q( i" c! J If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your3 n+ F% C r9 b) ]" n
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two2 k; p& l: h) n) D8 h
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see K/ U, v- m1 F5 Y4 c; D2 ^
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows # T: p6 |( w' h& ]
9 ^+ Y+ n; e4 ]17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your / X- Z& ~* N/ P+ h) q
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of& ]% S7 [$ N- g
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
% f0 p4 p: K' J; C5 G& \0 |( j8 Q+ K4 M$ Z) J
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite) @) Z, n; |, u) v: Y4 {
will be made available to other campers.

1 I2 M/ I! _6 g" w) C If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees! l9 A* @, n: R# _; ?2 l+ a

reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
