Method
* H! V' F3 D6 l: J0 Z3 s5 @! d1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan) ~" ]5 a( J! e1 r1 R3 e
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
& S% t3 f) p5 q% ~3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.9 W W, ^. }& Y N, S
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.' b7 N U9 t( p
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
