One question of travelling with a kid to China

My husband is going to bring our daughter to China, and I am bringing her back. I am wondering what document we need for a kid to travel with only one parent. I heard that the consent letter has to be certified by an official who has the authority to administer an oath or solemn declaration. I was wondering whether anybody had this experience? Do I need a letter for coming back to Canada also? Thanks in advance, sorry that I can not type Chinese.

是的，需要一个证明你同意或者你丈夫同意对方带孩子出入境的信，并且好像还需要有见证人的签字。我记得网上应该有这个表格下载的。

我刚独自带孩子出入加拿大一趟，没有准备这些东西，没有人查啊。父母一方带孩子应该没有问题，如果让爷爷奶奶带可能就要被检查了。

保险起见，按航空公司的正式规定是需要这个证明信的。但是我上次一个人带没有被问要。如果想保险的话，只要随便找一个公证处(notory public)签字就好了。

好像妈妈带孩子出入很少被检查，但是爸爸单独带孩子出入被查的可能性很大，尤其孩子很小的时候。
