Two bedrooms old house has one vacancy now, looking for one female tenant, who is expected to be independent, financial stable, clean…no drug, no pet. Room available on Nov. 1. The house has three rooms: two bedrooms and one office (office is used during the daytime by landlord, a very nice old man). Room is fully furnished, but if you have furniture, limited space can be arranged. Room rental is $380 per month, utilities will be shared by three people (two tenants and landlord). House location is with quite, secure and beautiful neighbourhood, and very convenient transportation with multiple buses options, close to UoA, LRT, and direct buses to McEwan, NAIT, West Edmonton Mall, South gate, Northgate…etc.
