8 c& k" r+ R1 U& S' @# l6 @5 H埃德蒙顿2015年3月3日最新消息:大爱城区平均房价仍保持着逐月和逐年持续上升的势头。二月份所有住宅的平均价格同比一月上涨了$38(比去年同期上涨了接近1%)。独立房的平均价格为$430,770,比上个月上涨了0.84%,也比去年同期上涨了1.17%。公寓的价格比上个月上涨了1.2%,比去年同期上涨了4.7%。双拼(Duplex)以及联排(townhouse)比上个月下降了10.55%,但是比去年同期增长了6.8%。
